Cannon Farm Partnership has been fortunate to win a number of prestigious awards.

In 1997 we won the National Sheep Association and Farmers Weekly Award for 'Sheep Farming and Conservation'.

We were the producer of the winning entry in the fresh meat category of the 1997 Organic Food Awards and the Organic Food Product of the Year 

Runner up in the Montgomeryshire Agricultural Association 'Farm Based Competition' for conservation 2000 and 2003.

In 2001 we were awarded 'Organic Producer of the Year' by the the Soil Association and You Magazine. Judging based on farming practices employed, approach to ensuring high animal welfare, conservation and environmental protection on the farm.

                                              


In 2008 Nigel Elgar of Cannon Farm Partnership was named as one of ten Welsh Farming Heroes by the RSPB for his work on environmental management at Cannon Farm.
